The Curves program includes all five components of exercise - warm up and cool down, cardio, strength training and stretching - and works every major muscle group while helpoing you keep your heart rate in your target training zone.
Unlike traditional gym equipment that needs to be adjusted for each person and is typically sized for men, Curves equipment was designed specifically for women. The hydraulic resistance adjusts automatically to your fitness level.
If, like many women, you are overwhelmed by traditional gyms and don't have a lot of time for exercise, Curves may be the answer for you. Curves provides a safe, effecient and effective workout for women of all ages and fitness levels, in an environment that's comfortable and welcoming. The Curves workout takes just 30 minutes, three times a week. And, as research has shown, it works!
Our facility also features CurvesSmart. CurvesSmart is the world's most advanced fitness training system. You will receive a precision designed workout, moment to moment feedback and progress reports that will keep you motivated!
We now offer Curves Circuit + Zumba classes five times a week!
Mondays 8 am and 5:30 pm
Wednesdays 8 am
Thursdays 11 am
Friday 8 am
Each class costs $2 and lasts 30 minutes or you can purchase a Zumba Card that has 10 punches for $20

- Karen Renee Coffey - circuit coach, Zumba Instructor, and a dedicated member to Curves
- Tiffany Renee Lawhorn- circuit coach, and a outgoing a mother of a 2 year old girl
Come in anytime and one of the staff members will be happy to help you with your individual needs. We can handle anything from toning up, getting/staying healthy, weight loss or increasing muscle strength. Have a special need like diabetes, arthritis, artificial joints - we can help with that too!
